Do you want to be able to cook with confidence with your kids? Bri Grajkowski of BriGeeski is sharing the solution so that you can get the skills you need to make delicious meals your whole family will love. "When they were interested, I followed their lead, and when they were ready to cook, that's the best time to cook with them." Bri Grajkowski is a mother of two who blogs about family fun activities, everyday recipes and travel. She is also a creative director and helps other companies with their design and marketing. She didn't have any training or background in culinary but learned to cook when she had kids.

Bri Grajkowski is a mother, blogger, and creative director who recently published a cookbook called Cooking with Kids. She didn't have any training or background in culinary arts, but learned to cook when she had kids of her own. After the pandemic, she reached out to one publisher and they agreed to publish a cookbook with her children's cooking recipes. In her cookbook, Bri suggests different recipes that can help broaden a kid's palate. She suggests introducing new foods and micro portioning for kids. It's tough with little friends around too because kids gravitate to what their friends are doing and they don't want to follow suit. According to the cookbook, making a list of dinners and putting them into categories is a good way to break up the routine of meals

In this episode, you will learn the following:

1. How Bri Grajkowski learned to cook when she had kids

2. What recipes are included in Bri's cookbook

3. How to get kids interested in cooking and trying new foods
